The flowers that were delivered did not resemble the pictured bouquet online. The online description included lilacs but were not in the actual bouquet. I was disappointed in the overall arrangement and colors. This was a Mother’s Day gift specifically chosen for the lilacs and purple colors. The hot pink colors were not what I wanted. This was an online order so maybe choosing the flowers in person would be best. This was a very expensive disappointment.
Our team sent flowers to our supervisor at her home as a surprise a week before Thanksgiving. The woman I worked with over the phone was beyond helpful, kind, and flexible. The delivery went smoothly and the flowers made a gorgeous Thanksgiving centerpiece. Thank you!

Floral did a fabulous job communicating and creating my arrangement! I had to request an early delivery the night before, only to find out my recipient was home sick and not at work. As soon as I found out, I emailed the florist, and she responded quickly, redirected the delivery to the new address, and did so with no extra charge. She was courteous, prompt, and kind throughout the process. She will definitely be my permanent florist from now on—even though I live across town!
