I ordered a custom bouquet of pink Gerber daisies and hydrangeas from Park Rapids Floral & Nursery for a friend the day after Valentines day. The bouquet is a tradition my friend and I do every year with those specific flowers. I was thrilled to see that Park Rapids floral had a custom bouquet option and that I could request the stems I needed. When my friends bouquet arrived there was not one Gerber daisy in it and the color scheme was red and white with roses and Lillies. It looked like a left over bouquet from Valentines day. I emailed Park Rapids floral immediately through their website to let them know that they had not made the bouquet I had requested. I sent the email on 2/15/25 and have still not heard back from them. I was very disappointed with the whole experience. The bouquet they sent looked fine if you were wanting something for Valentines day but since this was not what the bouquet was for and was not what was requested at all it was very disappointing. If they were unable to make that specific type of bouquet I would have appreciated if they had called or emailed me as I would have changed my order. Over all a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I just picked up one of the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen! I called Beth a little over a week ago to place the order for my sister-in-laws celebration of life service. I have ordered many time and always felt they delivered but the Easter flowers my mom received were not at all up to par - small and unattractive for $75! Sadly they did not deliver.
