I've bought from here before in person. But this time, I ordered some flowers and a money tree to be delivered to the wife for mothers day. The flowers and tree was beautiful. However, I instructed it be dropped at the side door. It wasn't, it was dropped in the front door. Also the card that was supposed to accompany this was not with it. Instead, had a card that belonged to someone else gift. Definately a card mixup. I paid for delivery and even tip during checkout in anticipation of a smooth process and receive less than desirable service. 3 stars because the flowers were beautiful. Maybe next time.
I had a terrible experience with Anturio Flowers. Not only is the customer service awful. I tried reaching out via email about my wilted flowers, but I never received a response. I also called multiple times, and no one ever picked up the phone. It’s as if they don't care about their customers at all. On top of that, the flowers I bought were overpriced and wilted after just three days. The quality was abysmal, and the lack of communication made everything even worse. I won’t be coming back and definitely don't recommend this shop to anyone. I am going to share the day of and how my flowers looked just 3 days later!
Much love for this place! So helpful when I walked in needing a custom order at the last minute. I left with a beautiful bouquet. Another couple walked in while I was waiting and I could tell they were happy with a same day job. Great prices and great customer service!
As a hotel manager who learned of a guest that was staying for a funeral, I needed a place I could find a nice arrangement of flowers, and quickly. This was definitely it! Price was reasonable, the tulips/sunflowers were beautiful and they were tastefully adorned with butterfly decorations. The service was what I needed to point me in the right direction and get me in and out. Highly recommend!
Absolutely loved the flower arrangement my husband surprised me with! Probably the most beautiful flowers he has ever gotten me. We are from Texas but are currently on a work trip here in Minnesota for my husbands job and to be honest I was not expecting anything for our anniversary as we are out of state but he found this flower shop and got them delivered to me that same day. 100% recommend. 🩷
