Flora Room

First of all the space is beautiful - with the high ceilings, candles, plants and colored lights, this studio has become my happy place! The yoga classes have been life changing for me. For the first time I feel comfortable in a group yoga setting. Erika’s warmth and empowering words create a sense of belonging that I have never experienced before. I highly recommend giving one of her classes a try!

I cannot say enough good things about this new space! The yoga classes with Erika have been incredibly inspiring and so personable. She takes the time to explain moves and shows them for all levels. They have been bringing on new yoga instructors and classes, most of which I have also tried and loved! I have always been made to feel incredibly welcomed each time I arrive. The floral area, Rustic Floral, has so many options on site and online. A last minute request for a bouquet was fulfilled quickly and beautifully! Cori is amazing and very personable.

This is the first yoga class I have truly felt welcome in. Erika is warm and welcoming, she gives several different options for the poses so all ability levels can do them. It’s truly become my favorite day of the week and I always leave full of so much love and joy. She hasn’t cultivated just a class or a space, but a beautiful and loving community ♥️

Flora Room is the studio I had envisioned of what I wanted my first Yoga experience to be like. Everything about it aligns with my needs such as a safe space, the plants, the music, the incense and most importantly the connection with the Yoga instructors. For me this is the most beautiful healing place to restore my body, my soul and my mental health. Thank you Cori, Paris and Erika for making Flora a safe haven.
