I had a great experience with Floral Arts from start to finish. The woman who took my order was kind and efficient and the bouquet they put together was gorgeous and so colorful. I live in Minneapolis but the recipient is in St. Cloud so I had them deliver and the delivery driver went way above and beyond. He called the recipient, who was out having Mother’s Day brunch at the time, asked what restaurant she was eating at, and brought them to her there! I periodically have flowers delivered to this person and will be exclusively using Floral Arts from now on.
I was in a bit of a time crunch, and they were kind enough to squeeze me in for same-day delivery. On top of that, they were extremely nice and patient throughout the entire process. Words truly cannot express how much I appreciate them going above and beyond to make it happen. Did I mention the colors and quality of these flowers yet?! They were absolutely stunning!! Exceptional service and gorgeous arrangements—I can’t recommend them enough!
