I just had the best experience with Hill's Floral and felt it was only right to leave a review. I love supporting small local businesses, so when I decided to order flowers for my brother in the hospital, I went with Hill’s based on great reviews. I placed my order last night, and I received a confirmation that it had been delivered. However, when I got a picture from my sister-in-law this morning, the arrangement looked nothing like what I had ordered. I called the shop, feeling pretty disappointed, and spoke with the manager. She was incredibly understanding and offered to make it right. Turns out, the arrangement was delivered a bit later than expected (this morning), and the confusion was due to the confirmation email I got last night. My sister-in-law then confirmed that a beautiful arrangement had been delivered this morning, just as I ordered — actually, it looked even better than I imagined! I immediately called back to apologize, feeling embarrassed by the mix-up. The manager was so kind about it, and we even shared a laugh. The flowers were gorgeous, exactly as I had hoped, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and sweetness the manager showed. Hill's Floral absolutely deserves a 5-star review. Thank you again for making everything right and providing such wonderful service!
