This is my go-to for anniversary flowers. The staff are always very helpful and the arrangements look great. The flowers seem quite healthy and live for longer than expected too!
I went out to this shop for flowers to gift my son on graduation. I chose the flowers and the lady said the total would be 24 dollars, but since it’s a one time special event for my son I wanted to make it 40 dollars worth of flowers.I also showed them the picture of how I want the flowers to be bundled up and look like.I went to pick up it up on June 9th, I was busy so I asked my nephew.Noon I come home to flowers that were dying and atrociously bundled up even though I paid 40 dollars for the flowers.Even cub foods had WAY better flowers than a flower shop made for flowers.They took paper that was used for wrapping meat to wrap to bundle the flowers together.I am so disappointed and angry at them and there was no more time to go back into the shop.Even if it was even 20 dollars it won’t be even worth it because they manage to do a terrible job with a 40 dollar bundle, also they wrap it in meat wrapping paper, like come one.Don’t recommend buying from this shop unless you know what your in for, and they also claimed to have 30 years of experience but I beg to differ.
Never get flowers from here - avoid at all costs. I have ordered back to back years from this place with significant issues. First year they delivered the flowers almost two months before the delivery date. They promised to bring on the actual date and never did missing mom’s birthday. This year they claimed the website went down immediately after I placed my order. The order was confirmed and I was charged but the flowers were not delivered. When we called to make it right she refused to acknowledge that the issue had occurred. Accountability and making things right for the customer was not taught to this business. Two Mom birthdays missed because of this place. Stay away at all costs.
