They were super nice and knowledgeable. I called for a last minute bouquet for Valentine's Day, and don't know much about flowers. I described what I wanted and they put together something great. Will definitely order from again in the future.
Delivery process is horrible! They wait until end of business day to call and tell you they couldn't get a hold of the recipient to make the delivery. BTW, surprise deliveries don't exist to this company. I ordered flowers at 930am today to send my mom flowers for finishing chemo. They called me at 450pm to tell me they couldn't get a hold of my mom, i verified that she was home, and they said their delivery guy was done for the day so they couldn't make the delivery until tomorrow. They close at 5pm so why would their delivery guy be done? What a waste - they could have called while the delivery guy was still on the clock. Ruined the whole experience
Ordered flowers yesterday for mom’s birthday today. Not delivered today on her 85th birthday. Looks like the same issue from a customer a year ago. Next time use 1-800 Flowers if you want flowers delivered the next day ..........12/24/2019-PS-They did deliver the flowers after 6PM....Just after I posted this review. It takes the excitement away-Jim's should be up front about evening delivery so expectations are managed.
I ordered a plant to be delivered for a memorial service. They were extremely prompt with the delivery, and the plant was beautiful! We were extremely pleased with their service.
The flowers I ordered were spectacular! I had specified a music theme for a very close friend's memorial service and Jim's Flower Shop delivered. They went above and beyond what i asked for. I live in Illinois and couldn't attend her service and I am forever grateful for helping me. Wonderful customer service!! Rosemary definitely was dancing the polka on her way to Heaven!
