Worst experience ever! I wish I could give you ZERO stars. Our family were treated like dirt, at a very sad time in our lives. We lost my grandmother, and when my mother called to place the order for the casket spray, she was talked to like a dog, and hung up on! This was AFTER we had gone there a few days in advance to pick out what we wanted. My mother got distracted (to be expected) and did not call first thing that morning, and was told in no uncertain terms that it would be an inconvenience to serve us. WORST BUSINESS EVER If you are a florist, you may want to take some classes in care and compassion, because people need flowers at funerals. Just saying.
