Love this store and the owner!!! She is the best!! Makes the prettiest arrangements, has super cute items throughout her store, amazing smelling candles, anything you need to make someone feel special, for any occasion she can hook you up!!!
Super flower/gift shop. Wish I could rate higher than five stars. Pic is birthday flowers Debra did for my wife. They are amazing and better yet, wife loves them.
I called to place an order today for a plant for a funeral two days out. She wasn’t able to assist which is totally okay. But she really wouldn’t even let me ask questions or figure a different option out. I understand short notice. She explained she couldn’t help because her plant guy couldn’t deliver until Wednesday. Which is totally okay. BUT….. the attitude, lack of compassion and pure rude snobby demeaning replies made me feel embarrassed. Amazing to me that someone is calling for a funeral need and someone doesn’t have any empathy. I politely told her I’d find service with someone else and she hung up on me. I am not quite sure what went south. She answered with an air in her voice and seemed irritated and annoyed that I was calling to place an order. I thought that was what florists do. I am not sure what friendly staff the other reviews are sharing but that was not my experience. Too many other places that can help. Again…totally okay she couldn’t get to it short notice. Which not sure how two days is short notice in their line of work. It’s the attitude. Maybe she forgot her coffee.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this florist. Even when they didn’t have something in stock, they went above and beyond to ensure I was happy, and the final arrangement turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined.
This lady and her business is just fantastic. You can get flowers at many places. But to get the personal touch and all the other gift ideas (Which she has oodles) you just can't beat Clear Creek Flowers & Gifts. BB
