Ordered offline from their website. Requested a delivery window, submitted a note and paid for the flowers.Could not have be more pleased with the final project. Will use them again!
Flowers are pretty but they do not follow delivery instructions. I wanted the delivery to my husband after he got home and they delivered way before and ruined the surprise. Don't allow people to add instructions if they won't be followed.

My wife's favorite flowers are white roses and in typical guy fashion, I waited until the last minute to order them for her birthday. So, when I called Forget-Me-Not to place my order, white roses weren't available. We changed direction and with only a budget and me telling them "...don't worry, I trust you", they delivered what my wife described as the most beautiful flowers I've ever sent her. I know nothing about florists and arrangements and was very apprehensive about ordering flowers for my Mom for her birthday. Kristen was very helpful in explaining my options and went out of her way to gather info for me. I went in late afternoon the day before Mom’s bday, not sure if there was even time for them to get flowers ready and deliver but they did, by 10am the next morning! I asked for something colorful and beautiful and they knocked it out of the park! My Mom told me that they were the most beautiful flowers she has ever received. Everyone in her office was gushing over them as well! And don’t even get me started on the candles they have in the store!! They smell amazing! I bought two for Mom and had to go back today to get one for myself. They are amazing. If you are nervous about blindly ordering flowers and having them delivered then go to this place! You will not be disappointed. Thank you all so much for brightening my Mom’s day! I will definitely be back, such a great experience all around. ✌️
