Our client event was stunning, thanks to Green Oak and the beautiful centerpieces they provided. The ordering process was smooth and enjoyable, and Ridge and his team demonstrated great professionalism. Green Oak’s centerpieces truly eased the burden on me.
Herrington at Green Oak has helped me on two separate occasions—once finding the perfect flower arrangements for friends welcoming new babies and another time helping me pick out a snake plant. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. She had the flowers ready the same day I asked, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!
I'm leaving this review to complement the sales associate that helped me on the afternoon of October 8, 2025. As someone who knows nothing about plants, I was out of my depth and this young lady was extremely kind in helping me pick a gift for my wife for our anniversary. In an age when it's so hard to find good salespeople, it really stood out to me how this place has staff that both knows the product and knows how to treat people right. I particularly appreciated that when I said "which of these three plants would YOU buy?", the sales associate explained the pros and cons of each in a manner that made sense and allowed me to seem like a thoughtful and caring husband when I showed up with the bromeliad she recommended. This was the second time I've shopped for a gift plant here and the prior experience was equally enjoyable. Edit: bromeliad and pot from said visit.
Tommie did an excellent job delivering two very large plant pots and two large plants to my front porch. He was super patient while I decided where I wanted the pots to go. He even gave helpful input when I wanted the plants near the door but he pointed out that it would block the ring camera. Tommie saved the day. I wouldn’t have been able to reposition those pots once they were in place. Everyone at Green Oak was super helpful but Tommie gets the gold star.
