I love ordering flower arrangements from this florist & will continue to use them for all floral orders. The arrangements I've ordered & had sent have consistently proved to be absolutely gorgeous!! Five stars clear across the board!!! You can't go wrong with Greenbrook Flowers.
I recently ordered a deluxe arrangement to be delivered to the hospital for my wife’s birthday. The flower arrangement was beautiful, however I was very disappointed with the delivery time. I was told the flowers were out for delivery at 1:30 and should expect them in the next hour. The flowers arrived at 4:20 and my wife had to go back to the clinic to pick them up since she had already left work. After speaking with multiple people about my frustration, I was kindly told that there are no promised delivery times and instead of waiting for a call back from the manager, I could have 20% off my next order. Ultimately, the flowers were beautiful, but I was left disappointed that I paid to surprise my wife with a flower delivery at her work and that did not happen. I did not expect a full refund by any means, however I did expect something other than a discount on my next order to make this situation right. In the future, I would bypass the delivery option or be sure to get some type of assurance that they would be delivered earlier than 4:00pm
I received a vase of six white roses delivered to me by Dr Kennedy and staff at Capital Ortho after surgery - we are from Philadelphia , Ms, and the roses were in a hot car for several hours and had no care - on 7-13 these flowers are still beautiful and I have enjoyed them everyday. This florist is amazing and I totally recommend them
Very disappointed in the arrangement I bought Friday. Ordered the sunset serenade because the picture was gorgeous but the flowers looked like death when I got them. I called to check on my order and the lady was very dismissive. I will not be ordering here again and I advise everyone to not order here. Complete waste of a 100 dollars. I could've saved my money and just picked some flowers out my back yard
