The flowers we received in the passing of our family member were not only beautiful but also thoughtfully put together. Tears flowed in admiring the white bundle with the perfectly placed pop of the light blue hydrangea. This arrangement couldn’t have been any more appropriate. Thank you for your sensitivity to our loss.

I can't tell you enough how thankful I am that Lorraine did the flowers for our wedding. I can't even describe how much I loved them. I actually decided to preserve some of my bouquet because I loved them that much. I have never been a flower person so I have never really "liked" flowers, but these omg. I tear up thinking about them all dying because I loved them so much. So many people complimented them. She went above and beyond and truly did a perfect job. I can't thank her enough. I will ALWAYS recommend her. She is so sweet & truly took the time to make sure they were perfect. Thank you so much!! If you are looking for a florist, she is the one for you!!!

If I could give this business a hundred stars, I would. Lorraine is the kindest, most caring person. My mother passed away on Friday, and another family member set the funeral service for Monday morning. I must have called a dozen florists trying to arrange for flowers, and had almost given up hope when I found Lorraine. She gave up her entire Sunday to create the arrangements, and she did this when she needed to be packing for a family vacation the following day. Lorraine warned me that the pickings at her supplier's warehouse might be slim, but those arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! She didn't charge extra, and best of all, she genuinely cared. Henceforth, she is my only florist. I cannot recommend The Kiln Flower Shop highly enough.

I came into Lorraine’s shop with no clue what I wanted for my wedding. After looking at what little vision I had. Ms. Lorraine executed the most beautiful wedding bouquets and pieces I could have ever asked for. It was like she pulled them from a place in my head I didn’t even know I had. She is truly great at what she does and I 100% recommended her skills for whatever you might need flowers for.

Like so many others, I was impressed by Lorraine's professionalism, communication, attention to detail, but most of all by her responsiveness!! Late Monday, March 3 we were informed of a tragedy and passing of someone close to our son. So, Tuesday (evidently Mardi Gras) I began searching reviews for a florist who could deliver to Diamondhead, MS since we live 10 hours away. The Kiln Flower Shop had a remarkable 5 star rating by 35 + clients and now I know why :) Not only was I able to talk with Lorraine and easily navigate her online platform to order a bereavement plant, but by Wednesday afternoon, this gorgeous plant had been delivered.
