Do not order flowers from this florist if you expect the arrangement to look anything like the photos online. I paid $50 for this arrangement and received a bouquet that was a fraction of the size of what was advertised. When I called the florist for clarification, the woman I spoke with argued with me and claimed the arrangement included candy canes and additional flowers. These supposed "additions" must have been misplaced between the shop and the delivery location as they were not on the arrangement that arrived. I’ve attached photos (front and back) showing what was ordered versus what was received—please note the significant difference in the size of the vase alone! The florist was dismissive and showed little effort to make the situation right. She eventually admitted, “There are just so many bouquets, I must have looked at the wrong image,” acknowledging that a mistake was made. Despite this, no partial refund or offer to remake the arrangement was provided. If you expect to receive what you pay for, I would not recommend ordering from this florist.
Disappointed. My granddaughter’s senior prom flowers were not their best work. We have used them before because they came highly recommended. We asked for RED roses. What she got was white roses colored red. My granddaughter’s senior prom was very disappointed. In no way did it represent the price.
Beautiful arrangement. Wish had known they were CLOSED New Year's Day. NOTHING was noted on - line as to such. Flowers were delivered the following day. A 20% discount for this 'miscommunication' would have been greatly appreciated. NOT taking CARE of their customer resulted in my rating them a 3 STAR vs a 5 STAR.
I ordered flowers for my elderly mother’s birthday which they delivered after her birthday. I understand mistakes happen, but they didn’t notify us of their mistake or at a minimum offer to upsize the order. They acknowledged that it was their mistake and kept saying how sorry they were...evidently not that sorry. I’ll find somewhere else next time.
I needed a bouquet made and delivered to a special lady in Philadelphia...on a busy Saturday just a few hours before closing nonetheless. The lady taking my order was really courteous and helpful! The fresh cut flowers were beautiful and plentiful! Thank you!
