Customers beware!!! I spoke with Britney before placing my order and explained what I wanted. She fooled me into believing that The Added Touch Flowers would do a great job making the easel spray I ordered. She even said that she would have a picture sent to me after the flower was finished. I paid for the flower but when I saw the flower I was so disappointed that I called her to complain. She told me that someone else made the flower and gave me the phone number. I called and spoke to Connie and several others until I reached the manager Joey. He agreed to give me $50.00 back and I agreed to. He never gave me the $50.00 refund and when I called back Connie became very angry and hung up on me. They have no intention of giving me the refund. The flower I ordered had about 15 roses. The flower they made for my had 6 roses. The heart was totally different. I just wanted to cry because it was for my favorite cousin.
Ordered a dozen red roses for a loved one’s grave. Flowers were fresh and beautiful and made the way I asked. And they smelled so good! Thank you David!
