Clinton Flower Shop

Ended up being VERY disappointed. I ordered flowers for my neighbors who are in their 70s, who are collecting my mail/packages for me. I know first names but not last. I gave instructions on how to find where they live but was concerned that the elderly wife may not answer if she only sees the delivery person and not the flowers. I called after 3pm to see if delivered. Told delivery guy was still out. I asked if he could call me to let me know either way if the flowers were able to be delivered (Considering that I am currently over 100 miles away and can't check for myself). I was RUDELY, INCONSIDERATE, LACK OF CONCERN FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE told... "NO. We are too busy doing prom to call anyone" Even if only a couple minutes of what would have been appreciated and expected customer service....Answer was: NO. My order was on a Monday. No prom on Monday, days before prom. Consideration for customer service should have occurred. Instead, disregard. I also ordered other flowers on the same day as Bloomers Flower Shop in Clinton. They were BEYOND FABULOUS with absolutely EVERYTHING. I will ONLY do my floral needs with Bloomers. Clinton Flower Shop charges $10 for in Clinton delivery. Bloomers is only $4. Big difference. But everything is different between them. Which is why EVERYONE SHOULD ONLY SHOP AT BLOOMERS! There's a reason why Bloomers is rated #1 in Clinton. Update: Clinton Flower Shop comment of 2 bouquets: false. My neighbor only received one. And my neighbor said that the flowers she received was pathetic, almost dead. Thinks they were in an un-air conditioned vehicle the entire day. All drooped over, wilted🥀, just sad. Did get money back. But it is beyond inconsiderate and complete disregard for business ethics and standards to deliver dead flowers.

Scott does a fantastic job and has reasonable prices. Highly recommended and is my go-to shop in the Clinton area. You will not be disappointed. He's also very involved in the community, so your are helping out a locally owned shop and your community when shopping here - which is the main reason I prefer this flower shop over anywhere else.

My wife was thrilled with the flowers the designers made for our anniversary trip (we traveled from KC). She is a florist and was impressed with the quality and freshness of the bouquet. Scott was great help on the phone when I placed my order. I left it to the professionals and I was very pleased. Highly recommend!

I have always been happy with everything I've ordered from the owner, Scott Brooks and his staff. Whether I've ordered ahead of time or called last minute, they've always been able to accommodate me. Beautiful, long lasting fresh floral arrangements, plus a good selection of healthy houseplants.
