I ordered a flower delivery for a holiday via an online service. Gerbes was the delivering florist and when my recipient was not there, they brought it back to the shop and left me a message. I explained they would not be available until 2 days later but that I did not expect them to hold on to it that long, Jennifer assured me they could absolutely make that timeframe work. I had basically chalked this up to a lost $50 but she saved it and she was SO kind over the phone. 10/10
Order balloons for my sister that lives in kansas city. The lady that helped me was very nice. She called 2 times to give me a option. Only problem we had was the prices hyvee in kansas city was charging. But she was a big help.
I had placed an order on 7th August for my daughter's wedding anniversary on August 8. Flowers were not delivered on the day it was promised. Very poor service. I won't place my order through them again.
