I had business with floral department at Hy Vee that is on Conley. I do not know if others are any better or not. Naively I thought Hy Vee it can fit my needs and $. The first time the lady estimated the flowers for my wedding for 900 $. Then I eliminated some things. But as a result I missed things that I did not order to exclude. So for poor decor of the arch and two pots with 5 roses in each, bridal and maid-of-honor bouquets i was charged 700$. That was all I got on my wedding. I was very disappointed.. But learnt that I will never have business with floral Hy Vee.
