She is also very kind and easy to work with! The delivery was on time and there were no hiccups. I attached some photos of the arrangements!

I received flowers as a surprise gift for my birthday that were supposed to be 2 dozen red roses. Instead I got yellow roses. My significant other was upset to say the least because the surprise was ruined. When he called Hyvee to see what happened, they said they were out of red roses. No one bothered to call him to let him know this in advance. They offered to fix it by calling around to see if any other Hyvee had red roses. Why didn’t they do that to begin, or at the very least call him back and offer to refund his money. It was unprofessional for them to send out whatever they had in the store without talking to the customer first. We are still waiting to see if they are able to send out the correct flowers.
