A great florist! I live out of state and sent flowers to a family member in a local hospital. Our grandmother was moved to a different facility than the address I listed in the online order. The kind staff called me to say she wasn't at the original address and re-delivered to the new facility. While some delivery drivers would have just simply dropped at first location and left, Kent's ensured they got the the right person and location. Thank you so much for the extra effort! It is much appreciated. And the flowers were a huge hit with our family member and all the nurses. 😊
