Moser's Flower Shop

I am well Pleased with the flowers I have ordered from Moser's Florist over the years'. I live in North Carolina and My aunt lives in Missouri. She is getting older in an assistant living facility. I can not see her now. So I decided to send her flowers on and off during the years so she could enjoy them while she is with us instead of when she is gone. Ordered $180 bouquet for my aunts memorial that started at 1. Not here so I called Mosers and got a manager that said “Not my problem. You’ll have to talk to the Floral Department.” I ordered a day before my Dad ordered per my recommendation. His flowers got delivered but not ours. If 0 stars was an option I wouldn’t give 1 star.

Not only did Moser's deliver a beautiful bouquet (much more beautiful than the the online pictures) to my sister ON (ordered and delivered) her birthday... She, unbeknownst to me, had moved and instead of not delivering, they tracked her down at her new address and made her birthday a HUGE success!! Thank you Moser's for going above and beyond in a world where true customer service is hard to find... Yeah TEAM MOSER'S!!

I'm out of state and was ordering flowers on a Saturday for my husband's grandmother, whose brother had just passed away. She has dementia, so we wanted the flowers to arrive while family was still in town to help give her context. Everything throughout the ordering process said there would be same day delivery. By that evening, the flowers had not arrived, so I called Moser's and the manager said the floral department had already left for the day. He left a note for a manager to call me back Sunday. No one called, so I called them again. The manager I spoke to that day said he would leave a note for the floral department to call me on Monday. He agreed that it was bad service, but the floral lady who called me Monday just made excuses and refused to offer any restitution for the fact that they promised same day delivery and didn't deliver on it. By the time I realized they wouldn't be delivered on Saturday, it was too late to order from anyone else until Monday. Poor service. Highly recommend using ANYONE else in Columbia.

Wonderful customer service very friendly and fast service! The flowers were amazing and beautifully arranged. I ordered offline and the gentleman called to discuss the order with me and made sure my mother-in-law received her bouquet the same day! Will definitely order from them again.
