I never received my flowers from them and they were supposed to be delivered on Valentine's Day and never happened.

Ordered fresh flower and the arrangement looked great when I picked it up. Less than 24 hour later several of the flowers were wilted including the large flower in the middle of the arrangement. I told the flower shop about the problem and her response was "what do you want me to do about it? Not something you want to hear after paying $75 for something that wilted before the event.
When i first walked in the door i was immediately greeted by a kind lady and made to feel welcomed. The aroma of the store was amazing! I have never been in the store before and do not know many people in Dixon. All i can say is Fantastic! I highly recommend visiting this floral shop. The selection of candles are generous, several hand made items for sale and all of good quality. They made an arrangement that received many compliments. Thank you Dixon Floral 😊
