I was very clear as to what I wanted. One dozen roses in a clear glass cylinder vase. I specifically said no baby's breath, no greenery, no big bow. Roses. Simple. Elegant. I was disappointed that they ignored EVERY instruction. When I arrived at the funeral home I saw a tortured arrangement that contained all the elements I specifically said I did not want. I assume they thought I would not see their work, or they didn't care. Is not a dozen. The worst service and arrangement ever. Also, 10
We purchased a casket spray for my mother in law's funeral. ABSOLUTELY hands down the most beautiful floral arrangement I have ever seen. The colors were perfect and numerous people commented on it. Would use this floral shop again without any hesitation! Truly a gift that was a blessing at a sad time for us.
