I called and asked if they deliver to Leopold - they said it's a bit far but they could for a $25 delivery fee. I said ok and paid the extra. Then after giving them the order, getting off of the phone and believing all was good, couple hours later they said they couldn't which was now too late to get to the funeral. I really wish they would have told me no in the first place. My one star is for that, they might actually be a decent florist but I'll never know.
!!!!!BEWARE!!!!! Absolutely the worst service! I called the morning of a funeral at 8:00 to have the arrangement sent before 11:00. She assured me that it would be no problem and they would take care of it. At 11:30 when my card had not been charged I called to make sure it had been done. Not only did they NOT do it they really didn’t remember speaking to me. The “excuse” she gave was “well we were busy this morning”! This is no excuse and a terrible way to run a business. After I had made the order I noticed the several one star reviews with the same situation. Please BEWARE! I will not trust them with a loved one again!!
So for valentines I ordered a over $100 piece for a very good friend of mine that is a girl. That I ordered the night before. Then I proceeded to get a phone call at 4:24pm stating that they forgot to do the delivery and that they are not taking any more orders and proceeded to tell me that we are going to refund my money back. I highly recommend not doing this florist.
It's absolutely wonderful place I stopped in asked for 6 roses ,I was thinking 3 red 3 yellow when I picked them up there were 6 red accented yellow roses it's better than I even asked for she put a personal touch on it and made it absolutely amazing I really appreciate them ,whether I'm trying to show my love or get out of the doghouse I'm going to go to sweetheart's Is florist in Jackson. Just so you know that's not a filter that's just the sun light hitting thr roses
