Rivercity completely met and exceeded my expectations for our wedding flowers. They were so sweet at delivery, and even acted as my hype crew while photos were being taken! Cannot rave about them enough!
We used them for our wedding and I will forever be obsessed. The flowers got delivered and when I saw them my jaw dropped. There were more flowers than I could have even imagined and it was the most beautiful set of flowers I’ve ever seen.
We spent $120 (small delivery fee included) on a funeral arrangement and this is what River City delivered on behalf of our family. This happened in August 2025. Apologies for the delay in posting however, we have been grieving and processing a loss. We have purchased from River City for years, even when you were allowed to go in the coolers downstairs and hand pick your flowers for purchase. We LOVED every arrangement and have always trusted them to send quality. It appears things are changing. Very embarrassing for our family. Just for context/comparison we attached other arrangements from FTD (ugh) that cost the same or less (yes with delivery) than $120. Ugh, we are not fans of FTD and like to support small, local businesses however this experience is sending us away from River City for flowers now. Hope this helps others make informed decisions. UPDATE: River City did issue a full refund to us for this order and we are going to give them another shot. They were very apologetic, friendly, and helpful when they addressed the issue.

Mike and Lauren created the most beautiful, breathtaking casket spray for my mom’s funeral on January 9th. I shared a simple idea of what I hoped for, and they transformed it into the most stunning arrangement I’ve ever seen—soft yellows, warm oranges, and salmon‑colored roses cascading across the casket. I know my mom, Alice Schell, was smiling from heaven. They also prepared a lovely arrangement surrounding a baby pine that I can plant and cherish as a lasting memory of her.
