Great Florist, great customer service! I placed an order with what Google said was a local company for flowers to be delivered to my mother for her 75th birthday….long story short, they cancelled my order without warning, claiming it to be outside of their delivery area! (And I’ll get a refund in 5-10 business days!) So, I called Malden Flower Shop…. I spoke with Trina, the absolute nicest person on the planet! I explained what happened. I asked if there is any chance they could deliver today…never in a million years did I expect her to say yes…but she did!, She said yes!,, This flower shop is a town away from my mothers address, yet she said it was no problem! Wow!, I placed the order, she texted me a picture of the arrangement, which is beautiful!, and the flowers are on their way to Mom’s!!! I saw both sides of customer service today… the absolute worst, and the absolute best!,, If you need flowers, I highly recommend that you use Malden Flower Shop!, And stay away from Googles sponsored links, claiming to be local! If you search “Flower shops in Bernie, Mo”, it is the second business listed! I’m not naming them—as I don’t want to advertise for them! Look for Star… I wish I could post pictures—of the great flowers from Malden Flower Shop, and the mess of the other business! Thank you Malden Flower Shop!, Thank you Trina! You rock!
