I will definitely be using Moonier Florist again! They were able to do same day delivery and without too much notice. The arrangement was even more gorgeous than the picture! It turned out absolutely beautiful and my recipient was so touched and absolutely loved the teacup and saucer that came with it! Thank you for great customer service and quality work!

Very disappointed in this florist. I had ordered an arrangement to be delivered. Upon its delivery, I had discovered it was not up to the expectation that I had been excited to see. I decided to call and speak to someone in regards to the arrangement, and I was told verbatim "Sir, this what you get. If there is nothing else, then goodbye." I then decided to spend more money at a competitor of this florist, and I was met with compassion and a florist who went above and beyond to make that special person in my life's day. What I ordered, VS what I got. I paid $60 for this, and I got orange flowers Instead of red. The picture shows two pinecones for the basic, I paid more money for a deluxe, and couldn't even get an arrangement that looks like their basic picture. This is going to be a center piece for a Christmas party, and in memory of a co-worker that passed away, and I'm super disappointed. It's also very very tiny for $60. I may call tomorrow and complain, but it will be to late because tomorrow is our Christmas party. A lot of the green is wilted and dieing, and some is a pale light green/yellow.
