I want to thank Helens florist for the gracious way they handled my online order. I needed funeral flowers to be delivered to to a funeral home outside their delivery area. They personally contacted me and together along the help of a relative we were able to complete my order and the beautiful bouquet arrived on time. Also would like to thank the employee who carried the bouquet to the car and arranged sand bags around it to keep it upright. If I could have given Helens 10 stars I would have.

I was coming into town from Louisiana and had called to order flowers for my parent’s 50th anniversary. Very friendly/kind during the phone call and when I picked the flowers up. The arrangement was beautiful. We have been sitting in my parent’s home and able to smell the flowers across the kitchen and living room. I would definitely recommend Helen’s.

If you want to send a love one or someone special in your life gorgeous flowers this is the place to buy them. All the flowers that I have bought and have received from my love ones have been absolutely gorgeous. This is hands down the best florist in town. Helen and her staff are super sweet and very friendly and always willing to help you pick out the best flowers to make a breathe taking bouquet.

When I arrived at the florist, I could see that they were busy. However, when I told them the circumstance of my visit, the tone shifted entirely. They were very sincere. They cared about how I felt and they cared about the product they delivered. Have never seen such beautiful work Before. The funeral home said they had never seen a casket spread like that before. 10 out of 10 stars would recommend. They even came on a separate day from the delivery to move the flowers from the funeral home to the cemetery and had the flowers moved quicker than we could get there!

I am writing this review after trying to resolve this privately. We ordered a sympathy wreath of yellow roses for my wife’s grandmother’s funeral. We were quoted $150, and when I asked if we could do a nicer wreath for $175, the florist agreed. We were then charged $205 without being given a receipt. What was delivered was not a wreath. It was a partial flower spray pinned to one side of a wreath frame, with the rest of the ring left bare and wrapped in white ribbon. There were no flowers going all the way around. On Helen’s own website, a “sympathy wreath” is described as: “A ring of fragrant blossoms… A standing wreath created from fresh flowers… delivered on an easel.” The photo on their site shows a full circle of flowers. What we received looked nothing like that. When we called to address this, the owner (Helen) initially said they would “make it right.” Later, we were told: “You got what you paid for,” and “You didn’t specify that flowers needed to go all the way around.” We then requested a receipt for the $205 charge. We were told a receipt could not be provided without approval from their attorney (the owner’s son). We still have not been given a receipt. This was a funeral order placed in good faith. We paid more than agreed upon, did not receive what their own website defines as a wreath, were refused documentation of the transaction, and were told the arrangement was acceptable. I am posting this so other families know to be cautious when ordering from out of state or for funerals. We would have preferred to avoid posting this publicly, but after multiple attempts to resolve this privately, we were left with no other option.
