I wish I could give 10 stars. I design for weddings and always buy my flowers and product at Lilly's - usually the store on Republic Road. The women are gracious and helpful and always try to get the best price and product. They answer questions, do what they tell you they will do, and have consistent, excellent service. They make beautiful arrangements at great prices. Lilly's carries beautiful, up to date gifts in their gift shop, too! Just beautiful. I send everyone I know to this particular store. I posted the photos of the cake and wedding flowers you see below in oranges, pink roses, and fuschia. They are my work. Done almost exclusively using Lilly's Floral flowers and supplies. Simply Cottage Linens and Such.
I highly recommend Donna at Lilly's Floral. She created an adorable custom flower arrangement for my new granddaughter (born in mid December) and her beaming proud parents. A generous mix of winter greenery with beautiful pink and white flowers were arranged in an ice skates container. It was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Just bought these flowers 1/23/24 and they are already dead 😭 bought these for 64 dollars which isn’t cheap for flowers for them to die overnight. That’s crazy.
Great selection. Flowers are fresh and beautiful presentations. Florist Crystal did a wonderful job helping me create a personalized floral arrangement for my wife's birthday. Very please wirh the customer service, price, and the product.
I am so unhappy with Lillys Floral! I ordered roses for Valentines day to be delivered to my wife at work. I got a call form them around 7:00 PM saying they didn't get them delivered and could deliver them to my house or her work the next day. I said I just wanted a refund and they said there was no guarantee that they would be delivered on Valentines day and I could only get back half my money. I had to argue with them to get my money back. The same thing happened last year and had them delivered to the house late. I can see this happening once but not twice. Iam done using them.
