The most vibrant, beautifully placed, long lasting roses with the prettiest vase, I've ever received 😍😍😍👍 so impressed and the best surprise ever!
Had a dozen long stem roses delivered for Valentines. Arrangement was amateur for a florist. Baby's breath was half dead and roses were not far behind. Vase was blah. One of biggest days of the year for a florist and this was the best you could do???? So disappointed.
I have always been so pleased whether a visitation, a birthday, or a get well bouquet. They go beyond the call. This was for a friend who had surgery who is a huge St. Louis Cardinal fans. It is making her recovery special.
Valentine's day came a day earlier than I was thinking and had me in a jam. I tried my normal (go to) sites to get flowers delivered and couldn't get my orders to even process ! I found Orchard Hills, placed my order online with absolutely no problems. I received a phone call shortly after to tell me I forgot to fill out a the card. Great customer service and beautiful flowers. Thank you and look forward to doing business again !!
I was referred to the floral department by a friend to order flowers for my aunt's grave side service. Maureen was very friendly and helpful when I told her I was leaning toward a cross easel of prominently red flowers and she was writing up my order but did happen to ask if there was a possibility of her church or other family member wanting a cross also. I said her church might send something like that. She then mentioned they have urn sprays available which seemed more personable to me. She took the time right before closing to rewrite the order for me which I totally appreciated her patience she had with me. The service has not been scheduled but I totally trust it will beautiful!
