I have nothing but praise for Albertsons as a chain in our community. Every branch does very well with their storefronts. They keep them clean. They keep them well lit. They keep them stocked and rotated. The freshness of their produce is never in question. So thank you for being a quality grocer and a trusted establishment. Kudos to you guys!
We ordered a cake for my daughters first birthday on very short notice. They did such an amazing job! They had it ready very quickly and the cake is beautiful! Thank you to the baker!
This Albertsons is awesome! They keep it consistently clean and stocked with items. They recently updated the interior and I will say it is an improvement. The layout seems more intuitive and everything is easy to find. The floral department has a very nice display area. They added a hot wing station in the deli department. They moved toiletries to the pharmacy side. More than that the staff has proven consistently helpful, friendly and efficient.
Everything is great with the exception of their prices skyrocketing in the last 6 months so much that the cost of living around here especially if you're low income can't even afford to shop there for much.
I just can't shop here anymore. Prices are super high. They have staffing issues. The biggest issue is the required app to get sale prices. I'm almost certain they make it as confusing as possible so you just give up or do it wrong and pay full (marked up) pricing. My breaking point was 7.99 hamburger that took 5 minutes to put in app for a sale price of 5.99. When we got home and opened it, it smelled like dirty gym socks. Returned the burger and bought some at Town and Country 3 blocks away for 5.49 regular price with no gimmicks.
