House of Flowers

So my bf asked me what I wanted for Valentine’s Day. I said it would be really awesome if I could get some flowers to my work on Friday. I was EXCITED!! So he ordered from this place called House of flowers. He ordered last minute which he asked can you deliver on time? They said it’s busy but yes. Well, they actually forgot to deliver the flowers (1st call they lied and said it was delivered) he called back and was told ‘oh I forgot, I can deliver them now.’ They finally got to my work about 4:45 PM. I’m off at 5pm. He said he had to call over and over. To top it off it was not even the colors I wanted - he said red, she showed a pic and he said yes. The flowered delivered did not match the pic. She also promised to re-deliver Monday but when he called to check in no response at all. Of course when a negative review comes oh boy are we in the wrong. Oops my bad for wanting delivery of flowers. It was 15 dollars delivery fees + required tip minimum of 15 + flower cost. 100 dollars to have a business be like screw you. Long story short, it was a crummy experience. Don't buy here unless you want your lady (or mother) to be SAD.😢 Update to owner: Your response is actually very informative on your business practices thank you.

Heather was supposed to get me a quote for ordering my wedding flowers. She never got back to me after my appointment with her and I have since then tried to call and she has blocked my number. I wanted to do my own arrangements rather than having someone else do them that’s the only reason I can think she wouldn’t want to do business with me. Very unprofessional in my opinion as a business owner as well, if you don’t want to provide services just say so.

Had a great experience ordering flowers today! I thought there was a mix up, but there wasn't and they went above and beyond to help educate me for future purchases! The flowers were beautiful and smelled great!

I call in to place an order and talked to Heather. She was very polite and all together attentive to what I wanted. The order I placed arrived on time and the presentation was spot on. I'm in Texas and I was able to send a gift to Billings with no issues. I would highly recommend Diamond Cutz for all your floral needs.

I'm happy with the arrangement. I feel like the orange lilies would've looked better over the white ones. I would've liked to see more of the lilies bloom and understand they use what they have available. I was worried that this would happen. My loved one loved the arrangement, and that's all that matters at the end of the day. Thank you for helping make her day a little brighter, and for delivering to the hospital.
