I would not recommend Langohr's to anyone. They were very kind when I dropped in to see if they would be available in December of 2023 to do my wedding flowers - they were the only ones I found in town who were available for the date, so it was quite a relief. We set up a follow up appointment where they said they could show me a portfolio of some of their work and get an idea of what I needed and liked. The following meeting went well, except when I asked about the portfolio, they informed me they didn't actually have any recent work they could show me, but tried to look up a couple of pictures taken on their phones (I was meeting with Katie and one of the designers, and the designer had a couple of photo). They took notes, told me they could send a quote by the end of the week (we met on a Tuesday) and then never got back to me. I tried following up by email to see if they were still available for my date, and was completely ghosted. I never received any explanation and to this day still haven't heard from them. I'm glad I found an alternative option that I loved for the big day. I hope others have a better experience with them, but I certainly would not recommend them unless you have a solid backup plan for in case they decide to ghost you.
