AMAZING! They were very professional in communication. The arrangement they created was beautiful and fresh. Delivery was on time and immediately texted me that they had arrived. Service doesn't get any better than this store. Thank you again for making my mom feel special
I cannot say enough about this wonderful florist! Who would know that Darby has the best florist is the entire Bitterroot! I have heard so many compliments about Ravalli Floral that we selected them to do the arrangements for my mother’s funeral. We were not disappointed. The arrangements were exactly what we had hoped for. Even nicer! The casket spray and easel sprays were just beautiful. The condolence flowers delivered to my home today, during a raging snowstorm, are spectacular. It is a rare thing to find a business that does such quality workmanship, very reasonable prices and a truly kind and helpful owner.
Dawn is very unprofessional and rude. I gave 1 star because she did delivery the flowers I ordered. I do not live locally but try to always order flowers for my Mom from a local florist. I have never had any issues and definitely have never been talked to by any business such as seen in the photo of the email from Dawn after I did tell her I would not pay the delivery fee due to her ordering page malfunction. She also stated her webpage states there are delivery charges, I was unable to locate that, but as a customer it is not my responsibility to make sure her payment page charges me correctly. I also started a new order today to see if maybe her site was having a glitch when I ordered last week and as you can see no delivery charge again. I will not be attempting to ever order from Dawn again.
I received THE most beautiful dozen roses today for my birthday. I am so impressed with the quality of the flowers and chocolates. I will definitely start ordering flowers from this floral shop! Very impressed! Thank you for assisting my boyfriend in finding me the beautiful gift. It made my day!
