Very disappointing end result using Wildwood Florist for a bridal bouquet for our destination wedding in Polaris, Montana. We met with owner in March to discuss what we wanted & provided inspiration pics to clarify. Family friends picked up flowers on August 1 and delivered to the wedding destination site. The flower colors were what we selected, however, the bridal bouquet was essentially the same size as the bridesmaids bouquets and the groomsmen boutonnières only came with 1 pin for attaching. These boutonnières were beautiful but large & heavy in size and needed another pin to secure which I feel should have been a given. And several of the flowers were already drooping when they arrived and had to be revived with sprite & cutting of the stems. I texted the owner later that day to let her know we were not pleased and could she meet us on Saturday morning to enlarge the bridal bouquet and never received a response. We ended up having to purchase more flowers and greenery at a local grocery to get the desired result we had initially requested and put it together ourselves. We understood her business is not open on Saturday, however, not responding to my text was very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. The wedding was perfect and although our experience with Wildwood florist was not what we had hoped for it didn’t put a damper on our day. Online ordering was simple, the flowers were delivered as scheduled and they looked beautiful. It was a ‘designers choice’ arrangement but I asked them to add some gold and/or yellow since it was my daughters ‘golden birthday’.
Wow! I just received a gorgeous autumn bouquet from my Board of Directors who ordered it from Wildwood Floral. It is stunning! The use of full-sized red roses in an autumn arrangement is such a surprise and just lovely! Thank you for the beautiful bouquet!
