I placed an online order from Colorado, after my daughter's surgery. Pamela promptly emailed that she didn't have the exact container and would need to substitute some flowers. I understood completely as it was a same day order and I left it to her discretion. The arrangement my daughter received is gorgeous. I definitely recommend and will use The Floral Cottage again.

Stunning and classy! Every Christmas season, I host a formal dinner for my friends and neighbors; crystal, china, silver, linen! I took my crystal flower bowls to the Floral Cottage for arrangements. I gave them a basic idea and they created magic. They were still beautiful 8 days later. I will go back every year.
I contacted The Floral Cottage back in May regarding bouquets for my wedding in August. I emailed and called a handful of times over the course of 4 weeks for pricing and details and never received an email or call back. I decided to go in person to talk to someone because I was not receiving a response through email or phone. They kept giving excuses that they were busy due to Mother's day, however, Mother's day was a few weeks prior at the time I came in to speak with someone. The lady I spoke with said a few rude comments while I was there as well. They told me that they would send me an email in a few days regarding the prices of different flowers that I could use in my bouquets. I still never recieved an email back after that so I took my business elsewhere. I was really disappointed in the customer service that I received. My now husband always got flowers at The Floral Cottage for my birthday and Valentine's Day and the flowers were beautiful. He loved working with them but after this experience I don't think we will be coming back.
My mom moved up her retirement day, giving me less than 24 hours notice to call in a delivery. Thankfully the Floral Cottage was able to do a next day delivery so late in the day. My only request was that they incorporate some daisies since they’re her favorite. I am so delighted with the bouquet. Thank you for helping my mom’s retirement day so special!
