My significant other and I were over 600 miles away for Valentine's day so he decided to have flowers delivered to me. The company he originally used was out of Billings and they told him that the flowers would be delivered on Valentine's, but it would possibly be later in the afternoon. The company ended up emailing him, DAY OF, saying that they couldn't deliver them until 02/17 AND they couldn't deliver the specific flowers that he ordered, giving him other options that were very plain and not near the worth of what he originally paid for the bouquet. He reached out to Alpine Floral mid-morning, on Valentine's day, and they were so sweet and said yes we can absolutely deliver them today and sure enough, I had a knock on my door at about 2:30 with beautiful flowers!! This small business is so amazing and this is how beautiful the flowers look even 11 days later, highly recommend them for any of your flower needs!
The flowers they delivered for us were so beautiful, fresh, and perfectly arranged, and Sherry was so helpful and kind. She went the extra mile!! As florists they really understand how important flowers are for these moments in our lives when nothing else can say what needs to be said. I was ordering from out of town and didn't know the area - we thought about using a big chain that delivers nationally, but so glad we went local instead. Faceless 1-800 flower services simply cannot compare. A huge thank you to Sherry and the team!!
Wonderful plant and flower shop! I ordered a bouquet for a bapitsm and it was truely beautiful. And it lasted forever. The photo was taken 10 days after I picked it up. Still gorgeous!
