They did not deliver on time and ruined the occasion that they were for ! A little girls birthday it was a bummer and I still had to pay full price , witch is a lot$$$ not to mention! I ordered days ahead of time giving ample time to have them ready for the delivery! And instead they had to run her down at the playground because school was already out for the last day not to professional! Lost my business ! :(
A horrible experience. I was sending a plant to a celebration of life on June 21, in Plains. I placed the order on June 16th. I asked that it be delivered on the 20th, knowing someone would be there. I received a phone call on the 19th that they substituted it for something else. When I called they couldn't tell what they had sent but it was being delivered on the 19th. I asked for a text picture and never received one. I have no Idea what the family received.
