We came to the shop last minute to get some flowers for our boss. She was so sweet and lovely. She personalized the bouquet for us and told us about her wonderful business. I definitely recommend buying flowers from here when you can. It was so cost effective and beautiful
This flower shop is everything you could hope to find in a flower shop. The owner is absolutely wonderful, responsive, flexible, helpful, creative and put me at ease. They delivered a last-minute gorgeous arrangement that needed to arrive by a certain time. It was so beautiful and really loved. Very fair pricing. I have never been treated like this by any other florist in my life. A Co-worker's husband passed away unexpectedly Christmas Eve morning. I felt so bad and wanted to send a nice arrangement for her to her home. I figured it would be hard to find delivery during holidays so called around and spoke to Lynette at Country Cottage, she was very nice on the phone said she could put together very nice arrangement with plant , flowers and ceramic pot for my budget of 75 to 100 with delivery, it was to be delivered on Monday after the holidY, I let my co worker know they were coming. Found out never delivered and called Lynette back she was rude and said she would have to call me back, it's been 2 weeks and no call, found out this is a house. Had to cancel my credit card etc...such a HUGE DISSAPPOINTMENT and hassle, especially for someone that just lost her husband and spent Christmas alone. I hope no one else gets scammed by this place!!@! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE May not even be a legit florist, just takes credit card information from you over phone!
