Went to two florists to get flowers for my gf for our anniversary. Said the same thing to both florists, which was needed flowers for my girlfriend for our anniversary. She really likes purple flowers. At the first shop, the clerk just stared at me waiting for answers I didn't have... At Dundee Florist though, the lady immediately showed me what was available, told me I could pick whatever, and was immensely helpful without hijacking my arrangement creation. After I picked a the core of what I knew my gf would like, I realized I was out of my depth and again the florist was immediately ready and willing to take my basic idea and turn it into a beautiful arrangement my gf will love. Can't recommend these guys any higher as this is exactly the kinda experience I want when shopping.
Helpful staff. Ordered last minute for a 4pm delivery. First time ordering from Dundee Florist. I was concerned about how the flowers would look , and they assured me it would look nice. I was very happy with them! Very nicely done and reasonable cost and delivery. I will order from them again!
Growing up in Dundee we always try to use them any time we want flowers delivered in Omaha. This time my brother sent them to me and the gentleman who just tried to deliver them but didn’t have a code to get in was so sweet and stayed until he got them to me. Had my phone on silent and recovering from surgery. Oops. Anyway, great service and beautiful flowers as usual from Dundee Florist. Thank you to your delivery person!
I have been using Dundee Florist for many years and have always had a great experience. John & his team are wonderful to work with and have always assembled some of the most creative and beautiful arrangements. I highly recommend Dundee Florist!
I wish there were negative stars I could give John that works at this establishment. John called to verify a card number over the phone and could not have been more condescending and rude. Asking me to “please not do this to him again” and if I could see how this would be annoying. All he needed to was verify a card number, sorry you had to do your job? John has made sure I will never shop here again along with making sure I will actively deter anyone from shopping here. John has customer service fit for a morgue. 0/10.
