Raavis Flowers and Gifts is such a lovely store. The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged, and you can tell they put real care into everything. The team was kind, helpful, and made the whole process so easy. It felt like they truly enjoy making people happy. I’m really glad I ordered from them and would definitely go back again.

I ordered in advance. I placed the order on Tuesday for delivery on Friday. The delivery was scheduled for 11:00-11:10 four hours later no contact was made. Tried calling multiple times because it was Valentine’s Day… a really important day for flower deliveries. When I finally got a response there was a dispute about how they thought they would be picked up, although I paid 20 bucks extra for delivery at check out. They didn’t deliver until 3:00PM the driver was so rude and mean. To make matters worse the flowers were mediocre… there was not enough baby breath on the roses. I could have made them for 40 dollars max. I paid well over $100 dollars. It was a horrible experience for me and my recipient. I asked for them to make things right and the last response was that they wanted ME to take them the flowers and get a new bouquet. I am not in NE, I got them sent. Take your business elsewhere. I would HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT order a flower arrangement from this business. They are not a florist. If you just want a bundle of flowers stuck in a vase with a rubber band around the bottom of the flowers, then I suppose this is an ok place- although expensive for no time spent on what you are buying. We don’t live in Nebraska so we aren’t real familiar with the area stores. We originally ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement from this business for my husband’s mother. She never received them. We contacted them and it was decided we would now wait until her birthday party and they would make the arrangement then. We increased the order to 2 arrangements for the party after looking at their so called website thinking we would get the arrangements that we saw and ordered by name. We came to Omaha from Illinois and told them we would pick the arrangements up. They were supposed to open at 11:00am. Someone finally arrived and opened the door about 11:20am. As my husband was carrying the vases of flowers out to hand to me, one of the bunches of flowers were flopping around in the vase. I took the vases from him and I walked back in and told the clerk these weren’t acceptable and they needed to at least add some flowers to the one vase. I would fix the rest. When we got to the birthday party for my husband’s mother’s 94th birthday, I took the bunches of flowers out of the vases and ARRANGED the flowers, not expertly but at least looked acceptable. I don’t like writing reviews like this but when it’s this bad, I feel I need to try and warn others. No flower arranging going on here.

I called to have a nice white Jasmine plant to be delivered to my sister as a little something to help with her day as we just had a death in the family. I place the order, a lady calls me to say she doesn't have my Jasmine plant and is trying to sell me a plant with no flowers. I don't want a plant with no flowers. She wants me to go online and look at it. She was extremely hard for me to understand and I explained that to her multiple times and asked her several times if she could please screenshot me the picture. She kept telling me to go on their site and look. I got tired of going in circles with her as I had already paid for this and I stated that I can't understand her, I just had a death in the family and I don't need this. She said she would send it and hung up. No good byes. I wait 11 minutes, call back due to not hearing from her or getting any screenshots, I asked for a refund. She said ok and hung up on me. She calls me hour and half later trying to sell me another plant, an Orchid. I said no, I don't want the Orchid, I want a refund. She says ok, I give you refund and then hangs up again. How rude and unprofessional! NO is NO! I want what I ordered and paid for, you simply couldn't help me by sending a simple picture, stop hanging up on me. I got a msg saying refund processed then later that night

Had an order for flowers to be delivered at 11:30. At 10:20 I got a text saying my flowers were being made. At 10:30 I got a text saying they were out for delivery and will arrive at 11:30. That never happened and it was impossible to contact the store (I had to call every 10 minutes until I finally got through to someone after an hour and a half of that). I ended up picking up the flowers myself after work as I didn't think they were going to get there. Also I paid $3 for a cupcake Valentine's add on and what I got was an unfrosted cupcake that didn't even go above the wrapper (probably a box mix). Definitely going somewhere else from now on
