I am writing this review with deep frustration & disappointment following an extremely unprofessional & harassing experience involving Flowers Amor & their fulfillment partner, From-You-Flowers. I have ordered from From-You-Flowers multiple times in the past with no issues. This time, I purchased a “Deluxe” bouquet for $77.07 as a special surprise for my wife. When my wife brought them inside and she sent me a picture, it was clear this was not a deluxe arrangement. It contained only three roses, one or two carnations, & clearly resembled a basic bouquet, nowhere near worth the premium price. I contacted From-You-Flowers immediately. They apologized & offered a redelivery, which I declined because the surprise was already ruined. They then offered a credit for a future order, which I accepted. Instead, they issued a refund. Three days later, an older woman from Flowers Amor called my wife (the recipient) directly, not me, the purchaser, in a rude & aggressive tone. She falsely claimed I had canceled the order & demanded the flowers back, stating angrily that she would come to my wife’s home to retrieve them. My wife & I were both on the call, shocked by the hostility. When the woman called my wife initially, she criticized From-You-Flowers, saying "they are the worst company to order from." But continuing to harass the recipient of a gift by threatening to show up at their home three days later is completely unacceptable and deeply disturbing. If you were upset with the resolution, take it up with the company you allow orders from. In my 33 years, I have never experienced such unprofessional & aggressive treatment from a florist. I have previously avoided Flowers Amor on delivery platforms due to their high prices & reviews of poor quality. This incident confirms that decision. Their behavior reflects poorly on this company. I will never order from From-You-Flowers again if they are using Flowers Amor to fulfill orders & I strongly advise others to stay away.
My husband ordered birthday flowers for my birthday. Got a call around 6pm that delivery was behind and would be delivered between 7:00 and 7:30. Just got a knock on the door at 8:30. Looks like the flowers have been sitting in ahot car all afternoon. Order somewhere else!
Worse place to order flowers.. very rude. My friend's son was burying his three month old son. And they called him to complain that they don't deliver flowers to dayton.. instead of calling the person who ordered them and deal with them..
Absolutely beautiful corsage and boutonniere. Ty so much. It was perfect for the carson high military ball. Thank you!-2024 carnations and rose 2025- would not let me leave another review. But our order was absolutely beautiful! Ty! Again for the carson milball! See you next year!
Absolutely wonderful experience! My dad wanted to gift my mother a dozen roses for her birthday, but because he occasionally works out of state, he wouldn’t be able to get them to her so soon (we have a bad habit of always doing everything last second). Since I live about 9 minutes away, I was tasked to find a florist that could accommodate our last minute request. That’s when I came across Amor Flowers. I walked in, told the nice gal what I was looking for and within 5min she had a beautiful arrangement of a dozen roses ready. I couldn’t be more happier with how it came out, and pricing was beyond reasonable. I appreciate Laura’s dedication and being able to accommodate such a last minute request, working with her was wonderful! I will definitely be back, thank you again!
