I do not reside in Elko, but wanted to send flowers to my daughter there. Everything went smoothly, from ordering, payment, to delivery. I was able to get same day delivery. I also was able to see the arrangement when it was completed and ready for delivery. They communicated with me via email about my completed order and the delivery. The arrangement was bright and beautiful and cheery, exactly what I asked for. I was happy with the design and flowers. You all did an excellent job and definitely helped me brighten my daughter’s day! Overall, OUTSTANDING customer service, communication, and beautiful floral designing!
