Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered to my Mom's work and the flowers were delivered pretty early in the morning. My Mom loved the flowers and the bouquet looks beautiful based on the photos she sent me!
Got a refund with no explanation the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered. When I tried calling their voicemail picked up and said they were close, even though I called during their normal business hours. Extremely frustrating. If someone had at least called or emailed me on what the problem was then I wouldn’t be so upset. This is a big “screw you, we don’t care about your business”. I always order directly through flower shops because I know they don’t make any money on orders from Teleflora, 1800 Flowers etc. My mom used to own a flower shop and I worked there in college. So much for supporting a small business...
I made an order for three arrangements from Florida to be delivered to our hotel for my daughter's birthday celebration. The owner maintained constant communication about the flowers and delivery was on time. The arrangements themselves were gorgeous and exactly as the website showed. Anyone who has ordered from Teleflora or FTD and had dubious or ugly arrangements delivered knows how amazing it is when the delivery matches what you picked out for a loved one. I recommend this shop 1000% for quality and beauty in their craft. Any time I am in Vegas or ordering for someone, this will be my go to vendor.
