Where do I start? The order was made on 10/22 clearly stated to be delivered on 10/30/2024, giving the delivery/flower place ample time to have the correct order. This order was delivered on 10/23. What came? Not what I ordered. I ordered the large Garden Basket from Avas Flowers who contracted this order out to Eleganza Flowers. I ordered the large basket to ensure there were more than two plants. This was a birthday gift and she adores plants more than flowers. I also ordered a greeting card. I didn't receive the greeting card, the plant is barely 8" long and 5" high. This is pathetic. Avas Flowers is a scam and Eleganza Flowers looks like they picked this plant up at the local supermarket, have no attention to detail. What they delivered looks NOTHING like what I ordered.
I am the recipient. My mom, who ordered the bouquet for my emergency surgery, ended up sending me a pic of what it was supposed to look like vs what I got. Not too mention a medium bouquet was ordered and they sent a small one. She needs a refund but now they are harassing me for another delivery instead. Mind you, I just went through a major surgery for a life threatening situation and they are now continuously calling my husband and I and showing up, waking me out of severely needed sleep for recovery. This is a god-awful place that’s clearly very irresponsible. Do not order at all from this place. Ever. Pics are what I received vs what my mother ordered and I really tried to take the best angle I could to make my mom feel better about it. I don’t know where they get off thinking that wasting their own delivery drivers time, the gas money for that driver, and added harassment is better than a simple refund. Stupid to the highest degree.
Received red roses from this shop for Valentine’s Day that my boyfriend had ordered through an online store. The roses were old and burnt looking and came without a vase. I told my boyfriend that he had wasted his money and should call the online vendor to complain about Eleganza Flowers and the product they delivered. Awful!
Horrible . Got my flowers weren’t like the picture . Small and dying with the wrapping done horribly and falling apart . Do NOT RECOMMEND
