I called Flowers by Michelle last min, on a Wednesday before my vow renewal on Sat, and described what I wanted. They really were able to come through with my vision beautifully, and in a very quick turn around. I thought the prices were reasonable considering the quality. They communicated with me very well and we're able to get me answers same day. I was very happy with my experience, and the flowers were a lovely addition to my vow renewal. Would use them again should I have another event in Las Vegas. Totally recommend!

It was such a beautiful bouquet! It was perfect! I only gave the florist 2 days' notice and they not only made it perfectly but were able to overcome a last minute change and deliver it earlier than I originally ordered it for! Thank you, Flowers by Michelle, for making my son & (new) daughter's day extra special. And thanks for the reasonable price, too. You were much more affordable than your competitors' web sites! Flowers by Michelle is one of the most thoughtful, on-point florists I have ever worked with over the years. I called them as a local choice for something I wanted to send for my granddaughter's birthday, same-day delivery, as our flight was canceled and we would miss her celebration. They had great ideas and went out to buy an assortment to design a custom candy basket, balloons, flowers and JellyCat gifts. My 11-year-old granddaughter was over the moon with joy. So many gorgeous flowers, plants and gift items to choose from and amazing staff to help you find the perfect presentation.

We had our mother's funeral day before.Yesterday and the flowers that showed up were completely not the flowers that we ordered. We had spent several hours in the floral shop, preparing and ordering very specific items for mother's funeral to the tune of about six hundred dollars... WE WERE COMPLETELY SHOCKED WHEN THEY CAME IN WITH FLOWERS THAT WERE ABSOLUTELY NOT.WHAT WE ORDERED, HOWEVER, AND THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART.... The florist gathered the flowers that were wrong, took them back to the shop, realized that I was correct in the orders that had been ordered and they corrected the issue and had them back to the church within two hours.So the flowers that eventually got delivered were perfect.It was just an inconvenient blip, so I want them to know that I appreciate their prompt response to the situation.
