I wish there would be an option “0” star. My husband ordered flowers and paid extra to deliver it on preferred time. But they delivered it very late, moreover just left behind the door, without prior call, knowing Las Vegas weather. Package is just so so. There are lots of other companies who do this kind of service way better and professional. The customer service team is just extremely slow, asking and repeating the same questions several times. These flowers were for me, for my birthday, I saw how my husband called this company with questions and dealing with unprofessionalism, I asked him to cancel it, but it didn’t worth spending time for cancellation and having long conversations about this subject. If you don’t know how to run the business and not respecting your customers time - don’t run this business or hire professionals!!!

wow! literally the cutest arrangement ever! i ordered this through doordash and i accidentally forgot to change the balloon (it’s not a birthday arrangement) but it’s beautiful! the flowers are v fresh and watered. it’s in a cute little basket for a vase. and the balloon is much better than what their picture offered! it’s more of like a huge beach ball better than a regular foil balloon! def buying more arrangements here. thanks so much!
