Vegas Flowers

Purchased a premium floral arrangement through some type of third party vendor and I can’t tell if I got more screwed on paying $70 for the arrangement or the actual arrangement I received. It came from this company. It looks like they grabbed flowers from Walmart or Smiths, a dirty rough feeling vase, put this together and ignored the requests that were made. PURPLE theme, not hot pink. We’re trying to console someone with soft colors, not bright hot pink flowers.

I'm really not sure how 1-800-Flowers is still in business. I have attached my Mother's Day gift with what I received and a photo of what I should have received. I cannot believe how awful this arrangement was and the condition it was in upon arrival. Can't contact them any other way to share photos other than to write this review. So here they are. Mother's Day fail at is finest.

Worst delivery experience in my life. first of all the order was marked as delivered 2 hours before the delivery person came to our house. I had to call 3-4 times to see why the order is marked as delivered but it's not here. The delivery person showed up at 8pm at my front door taking picture of the flowers without even ringing my door. When I opened the door, I said Hi, the guy was still taking a picture and didn't even grab the flowers from the floor to give them to me. I said why you're not giving me the flowers in my hands and why you didn't ring to deliver, they ignored me and left and then shouted something in spanish as they are leaving. did not even say one word in english or acknowledged what I was saying. cherry on top? I paid $130 for this HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

y daughter ordered flowers for me from French bouquet and the were delivered on Sunday March 24, 2024. To begin with the driver rang doorbell, and walked away, leaving the flowers on a chair. He didn’t wait for response. Second the flowers look nothing like what was ordered. Half the flowers were broken and wilted. I immediately called the flower shop and they apologized informing me that they would send a replacement. I received the replacement today, March 24,2024. My goodness they look worse than the first ones Do not order flowers from this place. Horrible horrible horrible. The name of the business is French Bouquet The third bouquet is how they were supposed to look. UPDATE: On Tuesday March 26,2024 spoke with Jasmine from French Bouquet. She was very apologetic and understood how I felt. She had a third arrangement prepared and delivered to me on this same day. The arrangement is the way it should have looked at first. I want to thank Jasmine for making this right

First things first: it clearly says BEFORE 5 on the delivery because it was to a business. While yes, my wife did eventually receive them, it was at 6:30 pm. I paid for and wanted them to her before 5 pm. I had to ruin the surprise because they were technically for an anniversary because I needed for her to wait for them PAST 5 PM when she was already supposed to be home. The delivery people claimed they didn't know WHEN IT IS CLEAR ON THE PAPER. They didn't speak English, which isn't a problem, but numbers are still numbers. I'll never order from 1800flowers again because of these guys. Oh and they didn't want to give her the flowers because they were late. Even the translator said the delivery guy in particular was rude. He tried get the lady He was with to snatch the flowers from my wife. He didn't want to say who he worked for, but this is the only place listed on 1800flowers site. Maybe try answering a phone call. I called starting at 4 pm, an hour before Vegas Flowers closes. The excuse of they didn't know doesn't work. The rude behavior and not wanting to deliver the flowers is unexcusable.
