The staff are always helpful and make checkout quick and easy. One star off because some items tend to be priced a bit higher, and the store layout can feel a little cramped during peak hours. Still, for a quick run or weekly staples, Van’s is a reliable and pleasant place to shop. I’ll definitely be back!

I've been here often and many checkers who just seem extremely pissed off all the time. Prices are horrible for a lot of products. Not a whole lot of options. Also, they like to hold slot machines. I saw a sign on the only dragon link when I started shopping that a guest was coming back to the machine. It was still there after 30 minutes of shopping. I don't think that's too good for business. How many people could've put money in those machines? I truly don't think that anyone was coming but why put the sign there? For management who sees this, it doesn't help your patrons and should be looked into as to why.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Vons that compels me to share this negative review. I placed a pickup order expecting a discount clearly advertised on their website, but when I received my order, the discount was not applied. When I called to address the issue, the customer service representative acted as though they couldn’t hear me, which felt dismissive and unprofessional, making it nearly impossible to have a productive conversation. They promised a reimbursement for the missing discount, but as of now, I have not received any refund or follow-up communication. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me incredibly disappointed. Vons failed to honor their advertised offer and mishandled the resolution process, making this a terrible experience. I expected better from a company of their size and will think twice before ordering from them again. Also this store tries to sell expired food. Almost every time I am in the store I have to check the dates on food and always come across a few things that are expired. I will not shop at this store ever again and I hope this compels people who are looking for discounts when it comes to high grocery costs to go to another store who honors discounts posted.

Every single time I shop here, the store is exceptionally clean, well-organized, and brightly lit, which makes for a genuinely pleasant and stress-free shopping trip. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, from the cashiers to the employees in the deli and produce sections. Speaking of produce, it's always fresh and well-stocked with a great variety. I can always count on finding exactly what I need, and the quality of their meat and bakery items is top-notch. What really seals the deal is their Vons for U app. The personalized deals and digital coupons are fantastic and save me a ton of money every week. It's rare to find a store that gets everything right, but this Vons location does. Highly recommended!

Convenient location off 215 on Skypoint. Ample free parking. Handicap parking and access are available. Customer service here is excellent. They are friendly, very helpful and efficient. The wait at the checkout is minimal. They open another checkout if there is 3 in line. The interior is bright organized, neat and inviting. All the departments are well kept and beautifully displayed that show they care. I enjoy seeing the seasonal decorations and items. If you can't find an item they will check the back stock. They are always willing to help. I enjoy shopping here. You can shop online for pickup. The sales, membership rewards and u -deals are great. Every first Wednesday of the month is 10% off for seniors.
